Commercial water damage quickly dried out by SERVPRO
The plumbing valve in the restroom of this sales office failed, resulting in clean water covering the commercial carpeting. The team from SERVPRO arrived quickly to vacuum up most of the water. Some of the file cabinets, cubicle materials, and office equipment had to be moved out to prevent any ongoing water damage. The team at SERVPRO of Clearwater North, Safety Harbor used many tools to remove the moisture from the building including low-profile air movers, heaters, and axial fans. The carpet, a commercial-grade glued-down material, separated from the concrete subfloor and required removal. The team used techniques including weep holes drilled after the removal of the vinyl floor which helped to drain and dry out the wall voids to prevent any demolition.
